Agreement

Covers use of ClarityWorks - the Clarity Planner and widget subscription. Operated by an individual trading as ClarityWorks, UK-based. Contact hello@clarityworks.studio.

The subscription

Includes the Clarity Planner Notion system (yours to keep) plus widgets + Weekly Clarity email. Billing £12.99/month unless cancelled; any trial period stated at signup.

Billing

Processed by Stripe, renews automatically. No price changes without advance notice.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from account settings or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future billing; access continues to end of billing period. Planner stays yours.

Refunds

Email within 14 days of a charge, handled case by case.

Your Notion data

Widgets connect to your own workspace; you control/can disconnect that connection anytime.

Changes to the service

Features may change over time; significant changes communicated in advance.

Changes to these terms

Date updated at top, notified by email if material.
